1. Are you factory or trading company?
* We are a factory specialized in all kinds of tool carts. We have over 10years of experience in different kinds of products which include: Hand Trucks, Wheelbarrow, Garden Carts, Hand trolleys, Ladders and ect.

2. What's your payment term and delivery time?
* a. TT 30% in advance, other against copy documents.
* c. And sure, EXW price & cash are also acceptable
* d.The delivery time is 20-45 days after order be confirmed.

3. How is the goods being packed?
Goods can be wrapped by Carton, palletized or any other packing upon customer's request.

4. What is your average production delivery time?
3-4 weeks against formal order and deposit.

5. I'm not sure about your product, can you send me sample for reference?
For sample order, sample and freight fee will be charged. But when we received your formal order, the sample fee will be refund to you.

6. I would like to have my own design products and qty is not that big, is it ok?
Yes, we can go with your customized design, no matter small or big qty. However, pls understand the cost will be different.
